When we shot the video, things did not go to plan, the fan did not have much power so didn’t actually blow the confetti like we had originally planned. We had to change the ending of the video to deal with this very last minute as we didn’t have time to plan anything else. Instead we had me popping up from behind the set and blowing the confetti off the shelf. We soon realised that to get the machine working would take a lot longer than expected so we were tight for time and this meant we didn’t have enough time for filming and editing. This meant the shots we did get were not always to the best standard and it was hard to piece the video together. This is all documented in our behind the scenes video that we shot at the same time showing how we got to the final edit.

We only had 2 days to set up the machine and film the entire thing. This meant that when things went wrong it ate into a precious time. We ended up being rushed with the filming as the set up had taken longer that expected. The behind the scenes video shows the struggles we had with the end shot of the fan blowing confetti. We ended up just using blooper shots in the final video with me popping up from behind the set to blow the confetti.
