INITAL IDEAS

The idea of a monogram of Elzbieta’s name was the first thing I started experimenting with. I wanted to see how how the two letters could work together in a logo.

I Sent this image to Elzbieta to see what she thought of my initial ideas. She liked the monogram but came to the same conclusion as me that it wasn't fitting enough for her branding. We decided to go with her full name for the logo.

Feedback from a Crit: I was told the the monogram was not right for Elzbieta photographs. It was more a jewellery brand or some sort of fashion branding. From here I decided to stick to with her full name as the logo. I experimented with different typefaces to see what style gave the right impression to her branding.

Some typefaces I really liked were the ones below. I think that there is a few contenders for Elzbieta's logo. The logo needs to fit the theme of the photographs. The third one or the last one down were my favourites. I have decided on the last one because the letters all sit on one line better so it is more even.

Instead of having the logo on one line I played around with placing the two words in separate places.

Realised dyslexic me had spelt her name wrong in loads of the versions!

This design works the best as it fits neatly against the corner of a business card or the mailto pack.
